The successful candidate will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and providing general administrative support.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask and prioritize tasks, and have a strong attention to detail.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
Answer and direct incoming calls.
Schedule appointments and meetings.
Organize and maintain files and records.
Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
Provide general administrative support to the team.
Assist with special projects as needed.
